Originally from Terre Haute, Indiana, poet Spoken Worth has remained focused on a specific goal no matter where he may reside. The mission is to share God’s LOVE with all who he comes across. Life can be, and has been, difficult and trying. He understands that society is eagerly seeking something more. People need something greater than themselves. What better to offer than LOVE?

LOVE is releasing to digital streaming platforms on November 25, 2022. With production from Bway, this is Spoken Worth’s most unique release to date.

When describing the motivation behind the record, Spoken Worth explained,

“LOVE was created because we live in a dry and weary land. Our culture is a culture of wilderness. Love is absent and our souls are dry, tired, and burdened.” He continued, “the song is both reflective and thought-provoking. At the same time exciting and something you can follow along to.”

Bway, who Spoken Worth refers to as a legend, helped to mix and fuse different types of sounds to truly make something special. It is a sincere journey along an everchanging soundscape that begins solemnly before reaching a crescendo of transparent maturity.

Accompanying the single’s release is a brand-new music video.

Spoken Worth Strips Back the Hidden Layers of Mental Health On His Single Checking In.

In America, mental health has become a major speaking point for society to rally around.

We create hashtags and print t-shirts to bring awareness to the cause all while overlooking our neighbor who is struggling. We turn a phrase by “checking in on our strong friends” and conveniently bypass our own warning signs. Perhaps it is time for us to hit pause on our efforts to remain culturely relevant and truly begin Checking In with the God who completely understands the human condition.

Checking In is the second release of 2022 by poet Spoken Worth.

The single turns the camera inwards as Spoken Worth address the kaleidoscope of emotions that exist within each of us.

As Spoken Worth explains,

“Checking In is about how all the different emotions we have as humans are God-given and should be welcomed by one another.” He continues, “It is intended to raise awareness around mental health and how we all need to be seen, heard, and loved.”

The critically acclaimed ‘Crucible Chronicles’ (Project of the Year, FiveTwenty Collective) showcased his undeniable talent when it comes to both poetry and music. It featured several premiere artists within the Christian hip-hop community. Now, after a season of many personal transitions, he is ready to follow up ‘Crucible Chronicles’ with the release of Just As We Are.

Collaborating with Bway (producer and engineer), Spoken Worth pours personal experience out with purpose. Just As We Are will undoubtedly connect with countless individuals across the world.
