Greetings earthlings, lol..

AOT is back with some new exclusive music and a few joints that are not so new. AOT V.3 has been done for some time now. But life’s unexpected circumstances, unfortunately, caused it to be pushed back a few times.  It was only by God’s grace and mercy that A.O.T. were even able to wrap this up and present this 90’s CHH gem.

For over twenty-two years, this music has blessed us in so many different ways. A.O.T. created something that would take us all back to that time when this great genre of music first hit our ears, made us bop our heads, and say, Huh? That’s Christian Hip-Hop?

The AOT V.3 mixtape has that dope nostalgic vibe to it. It makes you sit back and reminisce about some of those Holy Hip-Hop pioneers. The ministries that first inspired us to go down this ministry road.

“Freestyle” is the first single off of TheNewOne’s album, slated to drop in the Spring of 2021. TheNewOne states in recollection that, “I wrote this song the night after I almost died by a car falling off its jack stand while I was underneath it.” The experience left him pondering numerous amounts of current events that are plaguing our society. This song speaks to several things that are near and dear to TheNewOne’s heart. He discusses the unhealthy LOVE of handguns in America (which are specifically created to kill humans more efficiently), the objectification of women in our music, and his personal answer to our recent outcry for respect stemming from 2020 protests, Black Lives Matter, Police Brutality, Systematic Racism, and more.

KevRock | BBQ & Creole

In KevRock’s last 6-track EP of a very busy year for this breakout artist, he is paying homage to the predecessors that influenced his taste in music and brought him joy at an early age. He end’s the year with a nod to the New Orleans and Memphis rap scene of the 90’s and early 2000’s. Much like Nostalgia, it shows how KevRock grew up and the influences he gravitated towards with not so stellar life choices in his adolescence. Nonetheless, KevRock as an artist is learning a lot about how to grow in his craft and by doing this he hopes that not only do you appreciate the biblical perspective over some classic beats, but also prays that manipulating these different styles will help mature his own individual style. He plans to take journeys with who ever the Lord aligns in his life! From KevRock himself, “Much love and enjoy through the holidays yall God bless!!!”

This new track by Break Bread Entertainment features Cell Blok, Rickavessel & Lyriq Nawqiy

With KevRock’s 2nd project of the year, Nostalgia is an ode to a few generational classics as well as a nod to the era that KevRock was raised in that made life enjoyable then. The hope for this project was to create an out of the box appeal, and provide the listener with a Nostalgic memory in the process with a new approach.

Brittany Franklin’s Neo-Soul sound is so reminiscent of early Sean C. Johnson. Her smooth jazzy vocals, and her octave filled layers immediately draws you in, and leaves you enjoying the journey, song for song.

Nomis, has that feel good, classic Hip Hop that true Hip Hop heads hope for in a new album. Half way through the entire album, I was sold on adding “Rhodes to Rome” to this platform. Not only is “Rhodes to Rome” full of head-nodding vibe music, the sound thought process that fills the music sounds like that of a thinker that has shared his heart in hopes that the hearer may catch his vision. #StampOfApproval

Kris Noel is seemingly an underrated and unknown commodity in Christian Hip Hop, but his style, flow, delivery, and wordplay immediately draws you in. On top of that, you can tell that there’s a culture to Kris’ music, and it screams that I’m not your average rapper. Quality project, with much head-nodisims(?) (not to be confused with headonism). Get this album immediately.

We wrote this song to challenge everyone who takes the time to listen to allow the light of Christ to burn bright through their lives and don’t conform to the pressures of this world. Daily life presents so many difficulties but we want to encourage others to trust God despite what circumstances look like at the moment. Choose to keep a positive outlook so that when others see you, they see the light of Christ and they want to experience that same joy in their lives. Through your smile, your affirming words, and kind actions towards others, you are demonstrating in a relatable way that God cares for them.
