The Listening Session, Vol. 1 showcases several emerging independent artists within Christian hip hop. It is a virtual who’s who of the indie scene including Rapzilla Freshmen Q-Flo, Prodi Da Prodigal, and Alcott. On the heels of the release of a slew of singles in 2022, DJ LostNFound has dropped his sophomore album CAESURA ll.

DJ LostNFound is curating this album to highlight 50 Christian artists inside CHH and within mainstream Hip Hop. His goal is to call attention to artists who, in his opinion, deserve a larger platform. He also hopes to continue the push for more unity in our genre. While an album probably doesn’t achieve this. The hope is it’ll continue the much needed discussion.

Fans can hear some from their favorite artists such as S.O., A.I. The Anomaly, Aaron Cole, 350, Datin, Big Breeze, Eris Ford, Battz, Reconcile, and more! CAESURA ll released worldwide September 2nd 2022.

The Show is a take on what it’s like to navigate the music industry as a Christian.

What was once high aspirations to achieve lofty goals is usually met with smoke and mirrors. Even with this realization, the internal world of the artist often becomes a battle with pride and self-importance. The original motivation to reach people and be creative can be lost when the vanity of making it becomes the focus.

Edify begins the song with notable punchlines and metaphors. He calls for unity in the Christian Hip Hop space. He also brings a cinematic feel to the chorus. QEW brings his unique sound and energetic cadence. The Show is a message for Christians to self-reflect on their motives.

Just song mostly about accepting Christ and doing right by Him and His word. How it can change your life in a lot of positive ways…but also righteous anger toward the parts of the church NOT doing right by Him or His word. Using Jesus for money and clout.

Untdld has released his latest single Blind Faith which features QEW and Weez the Satellite Kiid. Blind Faith is a reminder to always place faith in God no matter what. This last year and a half has been a very challenging year. It definitely tested the faith of many but those with strong faith didn’t waver.
