D.C. native Shyne On Me released a new EP ‘Bloodwork’ on Easter Sunday
The “Soul of the City” surprised listeners with the four-track project, a soulful and jazzy offering that shows reverence to the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ.
‘Bloodwork’ features live musical elements and sounds as Judah, ReGideon Peoplez, and Kansas City producer Daniel Watson invite the congregation into the Sunday morning-esque vibe. Both the spirit and the soul are touched as gospel vocals interweave with a smooth, mellow backdrop that perfectly finds just the right groove.
The EP includes a guest feature from God Over Money’s Jared Sanders on the track “New Wine”

Definitely expect a review coming soon as this is one that I am looking forward to setting down with. If you have not given Shyne On Me a listen before, catch up on what you are missing by checking my review of his previous project, ‘Tracktice What You Preach’, and see why he is one of my favorite up and comers in CHH.
