Serious Voice, "Kill Tha King"

Serious Voice and Tre Trax focus on idolatry and killing little kings in our lives

Serious Voice kicks off Q1 by collaborating with platinum-selling producer Tre Trax. They are calling the saved and unsaved to remove all idols in their lives.

Tre Trax is known for producing mainstream artists Saucy Santana, Big Latto, Lightskinkeisha, and many others.

Kill Tha King

Serious Voice, who hit number one on the BDS Christian Hip Hop Charts with “Immaculate,” said the new song is meant to put people back into right standing with God.

“We all have vices and idols in our lives,”

“Sometimes it’s the very phone we pay for every month. It’s the movies we like to watch or environments we enjoy that take us away from God. I created this song to bring illumination to those vices,” explains Serious Voice. “Call it for what it is, IDOLATRY. [I] encourage you to kill it, not tuck it away for a later time so that we can truly hear the voice of God.”

From the opening, KILL THA KING highlights the Brooklyn rapper’s aggressive approach. All the while, bringing an undeniable hook for Generation Z. The sing-songy ‘my king was my hips though, my king was my hips though..’ lock you into this song.

KILL THA KING is available in all digital stores on March 3, 2023. In select stores across the country by the Summer of 2023.
